Artwork with Dried flowers Small

Create something different and long-lasting! This dried artwork will last for months. Carefully sourced flowers and grasses from local farms and dried in my basement, we will create something unique.

We will be creating something unique dried floral artwork, 14" x 7". You will spend time immersed in flowers, exploring, and creating your special one-of-a-kind piece of floral art. We will be examining textures, colours, and shapes, as well as the play of light and shadow. You will learn about the materials used and how you can find your own, so you can create again and again. At the end of the session, you walk away with a beautiful, everlasting display, perfect for the festive season, but that will also look glorious for years to come.

I will be taking care of all the tools you need to create your artwork, tea and coffee.

In these pictures, cornflowers, asters, in blue and pinks/reds, baby's breaths, grasses, and thistles are all locally grown in BC or the Lower Mainland. Each art piece consists of carefully sourced approximately 25 dried flowers, some grasses and dried greens/thistles or Eucalyptus.
