Moss Wreath with flowers

Moss, grows everywhere in BC, on trees, on stones, but most of all in the shadow and it loves the moist, so perfect to make one in BC and decorate the front door at home, it gives that welcoming feeling every time.

This workshop can be a bit messy but for this reason just fun and convenient to do it together and not worry about cleaning up. We will be starting with a metal flat wire 12" wide and first make a beautiful moss wreath, sourced in BC. From there we can go in many different directions. It is all that Mother Nature is willing us to give. Here I used some winter roses and periwinkle from the yard, giving it more dimension and diversity in shape.

The wreath is absolutely a nice replacement for the December wreath on your front door. Only, do not forget to give it a good spray, every couple of days, that is all and enjoy it. Bring Nature close to you, it is a joy!
